Employees entitled to Amica Staff Counselling Services can self-refer for support.

Our confidential telephone referral line is open 365 days a year 24 hours a day.

Please phone 0116 254 4388 so we can take details from you and set up your case file. It will take about twenty five minutes. At busy times other callers will be referring themselves too, which will result in you being put on hold for a short period.

Confidentiality is crucial to our reputation. We won’t inform your team, and your sessions won’t appear on health records. Your information stays secure and private, shared only with your explicit consent, except in rare cases of legal obligations or safety concerns.

Leicester Royal Infirmary

We are not operating a reception at the moment, please come only by appointment. We can be found on the first floor of the Knighton Street Offices, which are directly opposite the entrance to the Adult A&E department.

On arriving, find and sit in our waiting room, your therapist will meet you there.

We recommend that on your first visit, you arrive giving yourself a half-hour to spare if driving.

Yes, we provide therapy via phone and video calls, as well as in person. We can mix our methods too.

Call us and select option 1 (office hours). We require at least 48-hours’ notice for cancellations.

If you don’t let us know that you cannot attend, unfortunately this will be classed as a missed appointment and you will lose the session.

All our clients self refer, if you have concerns about your staff member please direct them to contact us – but it will up to them if they wish to use our service.
