Confidentiality is the key to our success and any limitations in regard to confidentiality is discussed with the Amica counsellor.

A team of qualified counsellors and psychotherapists are very experienced in workplace counselling and are available to support individuals and groups of staff when needed.

Employees can talk to us about any difficulties that they are faced with eg. workplace stressors and personal issues.

Appointments can be made at dedicated offices in three localities within Leicester, via the phone, or via video calls.

Our confidential telephone helpline is open 365 days a year 24 hours a day and is facilitated by qualified and experienced therapists.

Employees entitled to Amica Staff Counselling Services will have access to this number and can self-refer.

Please phone 0116 254 4388 so we can take details from you and set up your case file. It will take about fifteen minutes. At busy times other callers may be accessing the helpline too which will result in you being put on hold for a short period.
