Trauma and group support

Group support
As a manager, supporting your team through challenging times is no small task – but you don’t have to do it alone. Our Group Support service is here to help you provide your team with the care and connection they need to navigate workplace stress, organisational changes, or even the aftermath of critical incidents.
Our experienced therapists facilitate group sessions designed to create a safe, welcoming space where team members can share their experiences, learn from one another, and explore practical coping strategies. Research shows that connecting with others who understand what you’re going through can significantly reduce feelings of isolation and foster a sense of community and resilience.
By arranging a group support session, you’re giving your team the opportunity to build stronger bonds, process their experiences, and develop skills that can make a real difference in how they face challenges together. It’s a thoughtful, proactive step that demonstrates your commitment to their wellbeing. Together, we can create a positive and supportive environment where everyone feels valued and empowered to move forward.Â
