SilverCloud is Amica‘s digital, on-demand mental health and wellbeing service where you can work privately on concerns that matter to you.Â
It’s an online platform that offers mental health and wellbeing support through interactive programmes. It helps people manage stress, anxiety, depression, and other challenges using tools like videos, activities, and tips.
You can work on things alone or a real person can check in on you.
SilverCloud can help you feel better by reducing symptoms of stress, anxiety, and depression. You can use it in your own time, at your own pace – with the self-help version there are no appointments to attend, and you can go back to previous sessions whenever you need to.
We recommend spending around 40 minutes a week using SilverCloud, over a period of 6 to 8 weeks. It can help to choose a regular time each week that fits into your routine.
You can complete your sessions in one sitting or break them into shorter blocks of 10 to 15 minutes, three or four times a week –Â whichever works best for you.
If things get busy and you’re not able to log in, don’t worry. You can pause your progress and return to it whenever it’s more convenient.
