Primary care staff in Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland (LLR) can now access a range of health and wellbeing sessions and workshops.
The offer is available until March 2022 and is facilitated by operational leads assigned to each primary care network (PCN) and practice.
Staff will have flexible access to virtual or face to face sessions based on a needs-led conversation.
Staff can access a combination of ‘grab and go’ style sessions and/or workshops on a range of topics including:
PCN leads and practice managers should contact either of the primary care workforce leads – Sabrina Grace or Hannah Govind. You can also email the Primary Care Workforce Transformation Team.
The workforce leads will then facilitate a needs analysis to identify which elements of the offer will be most appropriate for your staff. They will communicate with the providers, book the relevant sessions and ensure payments are collected on time.
The system health and wellbeing fund pays for the offer through a centralised payment system. PCN’s and practices don’t need to pay towards any of their sessions and won’t receive invoices.
