February is LGBT History Month. It is an annual month-long observation of lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender history. It celebrates the history of gay rights and related civil rights movements. We think it’s important to recognise and celebrate LGBT History Month in order to raise awareness and promote equality within our health, care and emergency services.
