We’re delighted to share that the Amica Team has won the “We’re One Team and We’re Best When We Work Together” category at University Hospitals of Leicester NHS Trust’s  first-ever Caring at its Best Awards.

The Awards are an annual event that recognises and celebrates the outstanding contributions of staff and volunteers. These awards highlight individuals and teams who exemplify exceptional care, compassion, and dedication within the Trust. The awards ceremony is a platform to showcase the hard work and achievements of those who go above and beyond to provide the best possible healthcare experience for patients and their families.

Nominated by a colleague for our “good cheer and solid, yet flexible team working attitude to delivering the best counselling and mediation service to support all of our staff,” this award is a proud moment for us.
