Cancelling and rebooking appointments

If you know you cannot make your counselling appointment, please give us at least 48 hours notice. This will enable us to offer the appointment to someone else who needs it.

Please call our administration line on  0116 254 4388 and choose option 1 between 9am and 4pm Monday to Friday or you can leave a message on our 24-hour answer phone service on 0116 254 6549. Please state when the appointment is for, the name of the counsellor and if you would like us to call you back to rebook.

If you don’t let us know that you cannot attend, unfortunately this will be classed as a missed appointment and you will lose the session.
